As of December 2023, MGS has worked closely with Sindo’s Retail Business Development unit as the group has embarked on a year long project to assist in the establishment of a Joint venture between a local conglomerate and a Philippines retail management group. The MGS legal team has since taken point in the incorporation and licensing of the PMA company, including for import licensing and quotas, BPOM registration, as well as Halal Certification.
