SINDO Group reviews clients’ operational, financial, and managerial performance to better advise and maximize returns on capital as well as different approaches for organizational structuring and operations optimization.

As part of our organizational structuring strategy, SINDO Group also arranges refinancing, ownership reform, and connects clients to third parties for external services.

As of December 2023, Sindo has embarked on a year long Business Development project to assist in the establishment of a Joint venture between a local conglomerate and a Philippines retail management group. Sindo thereby brought to bear several business units into this project, including Sindo’s legal team to help in the incorporation and licensing of the PMA company, as well as the Corporate Group’s experienced Retail Business Development Consultancy Team consisting of several veterans from the MAP Group.
